The following scores are divided into three parts: bottled wine, usually drunk in more than a day; wine tasting, usually drinking a variety of wines in a short time; and a restaurant glass for about 125ml. The evaluation criteria vary, among which the rating of the tasting may be a reference for the ranking of multiple wines.

Open the bottle: Sweet ripe fruit with a little plum flavor.
Pairing: Wake up for half an hour, with Cantonese roast meat, the tannins is too strong to pair.
The next day, the ripe fruit disappeared, replacing the mixed flavors of plum and plums. Five minutes later, a strong aroma of plum hit.
The aroma of flowers and fruits is great, but the taste and aftertaste are simply strong, and no surprise.

Bottle opening: The fresh fruit aroma represented by sour oranges, accompanied by the taste of maltose, corn and nuts, has a strong sense of volume, perfect for appetizer. The aftertaste is relatively long. Sipping a slight cucumber flavor.
After 8H refrigerator, round and structured acidity but aroma left, which is approachable but slightly boring.
AM suggested 2025 and gave 92 points. Quite a bargain in Côte d’Or. Maybe two years cellar will solve the partial unapproachable beginning.

Bordeaux alike. But only have strong body mixture and sumptuous smell. Try it after awaken… Every time open the bottle give a great smell. Finally end with aroma of egg rice stuffed. Not so satisfied nor so unsatisfied.
Thomas Morey St Aubin Puits 2018 15.5
Drink with 4 crabs. Don’t have anything memorable, maybe the fault of wrong trivial glass. But worse than Latour pouilly.

Bought at the newly opened Red Ruby when travelling in Chengdu. It feels that the fruit aroma and barrel flavor are relatively obvious, and then I don’t like the balance between minerals and fruit very much. The temperature is difficult to control and too low. The taste is too high and uncomfortable, and it may not wake up. Looking at the wine reviews, it is said that there is no typical Meursault flavor of surprise. All I can say is that I’m trying to imagine what Meursault V.V should look like.

Bought at an ASC discount in March, so the price was the same as the previous bottle and a bottle of regional white was given to celebrate my friend’s move, so I didn’t take the body color, this is very prominent as soon as the bottle of mushrooms is opened. There are also red fruit and barrel flavors, and then the overall feeling is quite soft. After refilling it for a long time, I feel that the level of acidity is richer. I saw that V.V in other restaurants is almost the same price, and the price of other restaurants in this place is also very ridiculous, so I have nothing to complain about. I regretted buying too less.
